The County of San Diego offers both a 401(a) Incentive Retirement Deferred Compensation Plan and a 457 Deferred Compensation Plan. Both plans are administered by the San Diego County Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office and are ONLY available to full-time and part-time PERMANENT EMPLOYEES of the County of San Diego.
